To get more health benefits from water, sip it liberally throughout the day. Make sure you keep a bottle in your bag so that you can take a drink anytime.

Get enough exercise

Whether you hit the gym, work out in your home, go for a run or walk every day, do it frequently every week. You need to sweat regularly to have better skin.

Breaking a sweat healthily and regularly enables the blood and nutrients to flow to the surface of your epidermis. Because of this, your skin will look younger and more resplendent.

Sweating also allows you to flush out toxins from your body and open up your pores. These will also help you maintain healthy, better-looking skin.

Wash your face before going to bed
